We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns on our website (e.g. to find out the number of visitors to the various parts of the website). We will hold your Personal Information, whether on paper workroom order sheets, or wedding contracts, or debit or credit card and cash till receipts, or on our computer systems, for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any contract entered into between us.
What about third parties?
We may pass your Personal Information to our third party service providers, agents. sub-contractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (such as floristry relay services or payment processors) but we only disclose the Personal Information necessary to deliver the service. We will not release your Personal Information to third parties beyond this or for direct marketing purposes, unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law (for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime).

What about security?
-We will treat your Personal Information securely
-Our paper workroom orders are not displayed in a part of our premises freely accessible to members of the public
-Our databases are password protected
-Our databases are backed up regularly and stored securely on a external hard drive
-However, non-sensitive details (such as your email address) are transmitted normally over the internet which is not completely secure. Whilst we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
